All embellished goods, (i.e. goods that have been branded/personalised using our embroidery, digital print or screen printing service) cannot be returned due to change of mind.
For non-emebllished goods, we do not refund. We will gladly exhange or provide a store credit.
- Goods must be unused
- Goods must be in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Goods must be in original packaging
- For footwear, the box forms part of the product and must be returned in its original condition and cannot be returned with any postage labels or writing on the box.
- For sanitary reasons, underwear cannot be returned for any reason other than a manufacturing defect.
To return a Distinctive Image product (non-embellished goods):
Please note returns for online purchases are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be posted within 7 days of receipt of your parcel.

- Once your return has been approved, please post your goods to Distinctive Image - Returns, 7/31 Brabyn Street, Windsor NSW 2756. Postage of the return is the responsibility of the person or company returning the goods.
- Your credit or exchange will be fulfilled once your goods have arrived at our store and condition inspected.
