Returns Policy


All embellished goods, (i.e. goods that have been branded/personalised using our embroidery, digital print or screen printing service) cannot be returned due to change of mind.

For non-emebllished goods, we do not refund. We will gladly exhange or provide a store credit.

  • Goods must be unused
  • Goods must be in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Goods must be in original packaging
  • For footwear, the box forms part of the product and must be returned in its original condition and cannot be returned with any postage labels or writing on the box.
  • For sanitary reasons, underwear cannot be returned for any reason other than a manufacturing defect.


To return a Distinctive Image product (embellished goods excluded):

Please note returns for online purchases are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be posted within 7 days of receipt of your parcel.

  1. Please contact our Sales team via phone (02) 4577 5901 or email to submit your claim
  2. Once your return has been approved, please post your goods to Distinctive Image - Returns, 7/31 Brabyn Street, Windsor NSW 2756. Postage of the return is the responsibility of the person or company returning the goods. 
  3. Your credit or exchange will be fulfilled once your goods have arrived at our store and condition inspected.
